What is required for Match Day?

  1. Host / Home team should confirm game schedule the Thursday prior to the game.
  2. Contact Info:
    (1) Log into GotSoccer Team account.
    (2) Click on Atlantic Premier Soccer League located under Event Registration History.
    (3) Click on Schedule tab.
    (4) Click on the Chat button to the right of field for the match.
  3. Host / Home team should confirm referee assignments.
  4. Home team as listed on the schedule is responsible for providing the Game Report Card to the referee.
  5. Printing Game Card:
    (1) Log into GotSoccer Team account.
    (2) Click on Atlantic Premier Soccer League located under Event Registration History.
    (3) Click on Schedule tab.
    (4) Click on the game number to download a printable game card.
  6. Referee Fees are split by both teams and paid prior to the match.
  7. Referee checks in each player with pass against the Game Card Roster.
  8. At the conclusion of the game, the Home team is responsible for reporting the score, cautions and ejections:
    (1) Phone-In Scores: 904-758-0875.
    (2) Use the QR Reader from your mobile device and scan the game card to update the information.

Who assigns the referees?
Teams are responsible for contacting their club assignor. Provided below is a link to the assignors for the respective clubs. If your club wants to add an additional assignor to this list, please contact the APL.

What are the referee fees?
U9/10: $34 (2 x 25 minute halves)
U11/12: $44-$31-$31
U13/14: $49-$35-$35
U15/16: $57-$39-$39
U17-U19: $64-$45-$45 

Are secondary players allowed?
We will allow for secondary passes as long as those teams understand the player must play with the Primary team if there is a conflict. We are allowing the “club” pass in which any player in your club, age appropriate, can play for your team.  

Can you use US Club passes?
The APL is an Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer (EPYS / US Youth Soccer) sanctioned league. New Jersey teams will be allowed to use US Club passes for the league games.  Any game involving a New Jersey team will NOT be a cup qualifying match.

What is the maximum roster size?
• For all U9 & U10 (7v7) cup qualifying teams, the maximum number of players permitted on a roster at any one time is 14.
• For all U11 & U12 (9v9) cup qualifying teams, the maximum number of players permitted on a roster at any one time is 16.
• For U13 cup qualifying teams, the maximum number of players permitted on a roster at any one time is 18.
• For U14-U19 cup qualifying teams, the maximum number of players permitted on a roster at any one time is 22.

Does the league qualify my team for state cups?
Yes, this is an Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer sanctioned league.

How much traveling is required of the APL?
The goal of this league is to make it very convenient and flexible for all teams. We will do our best to schedule at neutral sites and schedule for doubleheaders when possible.

What are the 2017 Fall Entry fees?
