FUTSAL TRAINING CURRICULUM
- Week 1: Ball Mastery – Attacking moves, getting behind players
- Week 2: Passing and Receiving – Utilization of the sole
- Week 3: Off – MLK Holiday
- Week 4: Finishing – Introduction of toe poke
- Week 5: Combination Play – Movement off the ball
- Week 6: Attacking Pattern Play
- Week 7: Playing in Transition
- Week 8: Attacking and defending in groups, outnumbering your opponent
Each session will include drill work to build skills and technical ability followed by scrimmage play to apply the technique in a game setting.
